I will assume you did Market garden as 2 overlord maps and joined them together as that map has 11 hex deep compared to Tigers 9
I took Operation Market-Garden from BoardGameGeek and made some modifiers.
But I think this would be a good solution.
I will assume you use the M44 editor and the M44print app, to export M44 editor files at 300dpi?
No. I use scenario editor for putting the terrain hexes on board but then I put the units, medals, sandbags, country hexes (when the board is countryside) and other tokens in Inkscape and then export as png, open in gimp where I put medals on medal stand, reduce or expand the medal track (to make the number of medals same on the board and on the victory conditions) and put labels on landmarks. Then I export it as pdf and print it on multiple sheets.
I do not like m44print app because its countryside hexes are not like real and its medals on medal track are looking like objective medals not like a medal stand.
